Scott was a former 13-year professional baseball umpire. He was fortunate enough to work parts of four seasons in the National League 1983-1986. He walked away from the game in 1986 because he felt God called him to raise a family. In 2000 entered the ministry full time after volunteering for seven years at CSI. Scott enjoys telling the greatest story ever told the good news of Jesus Christ and how it has touched the lives of thousands.
Sid played first base for ten years in the major leagues and had the privilege to play in four consecutive National League playoffs and two World Series. Sid’s famous slide that scored the winning run in the 1992 National League championship game that sent the Atlanta Braves to the World Series is remembered in baseball as one of the all time highlights of League championship play. Sid shares a simple message that all can understand and how these accomplishments pale in comparison to his relationship with Jesus Christ.
Jon was the left tackle and four times Super Bowl Champion IX, X, XIII, XIV with the Pittsburgh Steelers. In 1992 after playing and coaching with the Steelers since 1969 Jon decided not to pursue another coaching position that would pull him away from his wife Debra and three sons. A decision Jon says, “everyone faces and when you make a Christ centered decision you must go all out for God.”
Tom was a former Cleveland Indians pitcher. Tom was the host of Street People a weekly radio show for many years then hosted SPORTSWEEK on Cornerstone Television both shows had a focus on sharing Jesus Christ. Tom shares the good news of Jesus Christ in a way that all understand. Tom has been part of CSI since 1993 volunteering and speaking. He currently works for Cornerstone Television in Pittsburgh.
Bobby is a graduate of Syracuse University and was a radio disc jockey. Bobby is an NHRA Funny Car driver and National Champion. Talk about extreme! How about 0 to 249 miles per hour in 5.74 seconds? That's the kind of ride you experience in Bobby’s car. Bobby's testimony will encourage you deeply, as you hear how God moves in his life as he races on the edge of eternity.
Robin is a former All-Pro linebacker and two-times Super Champion XII, XIV with the Pittsburgh Steelers. Robin touches the hearts of people bringing his unique perspective to crucial areas in their lives using God’s word. Robin grew up in a predominately gang-related environment in Compton, CA through his persistence and personal objectives he rose above those problems with a belief in Jesus Christ.
A former Penn State University DT and Baltimore & Indianapolis Colts DT. Leo’s focus is to challenge men to deepen their faith commitment through strengthening marriages and families, dealing with the many issues men face daily in life to develop a winning game plan. Leo is one of the keynote speakers for Christian Sports International All In Men’s Conferences and is currently the Men’s Ministry Leader with the White’s Field Foundation in Pittsburgh, PA.
